Privacy Policy

Focus Crab · effective 23 September 2026

The short version. Focus Crab has no account, no server of ours, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Your goals, plans and sessions stay in your own store on your device, and sync through your iCloud if you leave sync on. We cannot read any of it.

1. What we collect

Nothing. Focus Crab makes no network requests of its own. There is no analytics framework, no advertising identifier, no crash reporter of ours, and no third-party SDK of any kind in the app.

2. What the app stores, and where

Turning sync off leaves everything on the device. Deleting the app removes the local store; the iCloud copy is removed through iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.

3. Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details, card, or Apple Account identifier. Apple provides us with aggregate, anonymised sales reports — how many copies sold in a country, not who bought them.

4. Tracking, sharing and selling

There is no tracking as App Tracking Transparency defines it. The app's privacy manifest declares tracking as false and lists no tracking domains. We do not sell, rent, share or transfer any data about you, because we do not hold any.

5. Children

Focus Crab is rated 4+ and collects nothing from anyone, of any age.

6. Your rights

Rights of access, correction, deletion and portability exist in many places, including the GDPR and the CCPA. They apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none — which is why the practical answer to every one of them is the same: the data is already yours, in your own store and your own iCloud, and you can export or destroy it without asking us.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will also be described in the app's release notes.
